What is carbon-negative beef?
Carbon-negative meats are sourced from animals raised using the most sophisticated modern ranching techniques. All the animals are guaranteed 100% grass-fed, antibiotic and hormone free, humanely raised, and proven to sequester more carbon into the soil than is removed from the ranch.
How does it work?
Our ranchers use modern techniques to move the livestock to a fresh paddock every day. This stimulates faster grass growth, building up healthy soils over time. Because our cows are never fed grain, soy, or other off-ranch calories, the system sequesters more carbon in the ground than the cows take out.
